Osushi (お須志, Osushi) is a minor character who appeared in Episode 4. She is the younger sister of Tanosuke, the episodes villain. Everyday she prays for her brother's safe return and was ultimately shattered after seeing her brother death by Hyakkimaru from the sword demon manipulating.
Appearance[]
Osushi is a young woman, in her early to mid-twenties. She used to have long black/brown hair but at some point after her brother left, she had it cut (whether voluntarily or forced is never stated). Her eyes are brown.
She is usually seen wearing a flowery kimono. Her hair is tied with a large cloth with a bow at the front.
Personality[]
Osushi is a kind and caring woman, who loves her family above all else. Following the death of her parents, she was desperate for her brother to return home safely, so that they could be a family again. She appears to be devout, as she is said to have visited the temple daily, praying that Tanosuke would come home safely.
Even when he chose Nihil over her, Osushi, perhaps realising that her brother was either sick or possessed pleaded for his life. She was absolutely devastated when Hyakkimaru killed him.

- In the game, Blood will Tell, Osushi is named Misaki.
- Osushi is technically the first person that Hyakkimaru heard, even if she didn't (so far as we know) say any words to him.
